Friendly Letter

                                                                                                                                                                                11/18/13
Dear Mr. Beriahjintliesoozeepotipertilepopeesoomee
I’m very saddened to tell you that there is a very deadly disease coming right to you and your area. You need to get out of there right away! The first symptoms for you to see are fever and black spots all over (Mainly on your thighs or in your armpits.) It could kill you only in a few days! You see a rat; you flee! The rats get bit by infected fleas, the rats bite you, and you get the plague. It’s really scary to think about so I suggest that you go very soon. I don’t want you to get this disease so I need you to go. But, if you don’t you will get the disease and you’re my friend so I’m going to say this for the last time… GET OUT OF THERE OR YOU’LL DIE!!!
P.S. – Don’t pet the rats either, okay?
                                                                                                                                                Sincerely,

                                                                                                                                                Abbi Parrish

What Does Veterans Day Mean to Me?

To me Veterans Day means...

This day was made to remember those who fought in wars, were attacked, were killed, and who made the difference in our lives. It's meant to make people think about what others that fought through just for us. They gave us freedom and the thought of safety. They made an impact on everyone in the U.S.A. because of what they do. We can't replace those who have passed but we can remember what they have done for us. That's what Veterans Day means to me.
